How we Work
1. Discovery
Reach out! It will only take a few minutes to fill out our planning form to begin the process.
2. Let's Chat
You’ll be sent a link to schedule a time for us to discuss your trip’s “must-haves.” We promise it won’t take long! We’ll get to know you, and your travel style, and share how we work so that you can select the service level that best fits your needs.
3. Itinerary Design
Based on our conversation, we’ll work with the information you provided to design a custom itinerary, starting with accommodations and then adding activities, tours, excursions, and dining reservations. We will work with our wonderful travel partners around the world for “insider” knowledge and VIP treatment until we have created a memorable itinerary, just for you. If you love every detail- great! If you want adjustments, do not worry! I will continue to work with you and make any revisions until you have the perfect itinerary.
4. Celebrate! Let's Finalize the Details
Once you’ve fallen in love with the trip that we have created, we will send you an invoice to secure the trip and our client agreement. We will go over the deposit amount and your interest-free payment schedule, which you can pay towards your trip up until the final due date
5. Bon Voyage
Mark your calendar and start your countdown! I will continue to be in touch with milestone check-in points to provide you with any updates and important information. A few weeks before your departure, you will receive your travel documents and wrap-up email. You will always have my full support before, during, and after travel.
